Summer was out in force this weekend–and for DC, that means hazy, hot and humid with thunderstorms sprinkled it. Luckily, lots of color came out too.
walk softly. look closely. look for the soft glow at night. weed the garden. watch it grow. savor the rain. watch the colors evolve… …and bloom. peek in on the straw flowers when you first wake up. check back at lunchtime. ride to the farmer’s market. find a shady canopy. breathe.
